Deceitful contractors may falsely lead homeowners to believe they have mold or other toxic substances in their HVAC systems. They use scare tactics to convince a homeowner that urgent repairs are necessary. Be cautious if your contractor finds reasons to increase prices.

Knocking on Your Door

Beware of any contractor who knocks on your door saying they were ‘just in the neighborhood.’ An established company will earn business through advertisements or referrals. Going door-to-door is a sure sign of a scammer.

Cleaned our vent for gas cooktop. Difference in the before and after pictures is amazing! We called many companies that were recommended to us. Only the DuctDoctor took on the assignment. Office staff and the team that visited our home were cheerful and professional. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

We were very impressed with Josué and Nitan. They were on time and in fact called ahead of time to ask if they could come earlier and we said of course. They were very knowledgeable in what they did and kept us informed of what they were doing the entire time. They never tried to sell us any kind of service that we didn't need. They were very polite and respectful and talkative with our young children as well. We had a mildew kind of smell that we just could not get rid of. Our hvac guy recommended this company and I'm so glad he did because they were able to get that smell out and sanitized everything as well. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the near future!

We used Mike from Duct Doctor on 2 seperate occasions. Mike was super engaged in explaining to us what he was doing, he took a lot of time to ensure the job was done correctly, he was very accommodating to our questions and overall, did an excellent job. We are sorry this review has been so long coming, but certainly would recommend Mike to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned. Mike was very professional.

Pleasant and polite techs arrived on time, thoroughly explained work to be done, and cleaned up after their work. Priced reasonably compared to giants like Stanley Steemer. Would definitely use this company’s services again.

Booked an air duct cleaning and overall, they were very professional, punctual, and provided high-quality service. However I just wish they paid more attention to our items to avoid getting hit with all of the dust and drywall from the cleaning. For example, they cleaned one air vent inside the master closet and rather than instruct us to move our clothes to avoid the dust, they just proceeded to clean. As a result, all of our clothes and my suits were covered in dust, lint, and drywall
