We were very impressed with Josué and Nitan. They were on time and in fact called ahead of time to ask if they could come earlier and we said of course. They were very knowledgeable in what they did and kept us informed of what they were doing the entire time. They never tried to sell us any kind of service that we didn't need. They were very polite and respectful and talkative with our young children as well. We had a mildew kind of smell that we just could not get rid of. Our hvac guy recommended this company and I'm so glad he did because they were able to get that smell out and sanitized everything as well. Booked an air duct cleaning and overall, they were very professional, punctual, and provided high-quality service. However I just wish they paid more attention to our items to avoid getting hit with all of the dust and drywall from the cleaning. For example, they cleaned one air vent inside the master closet and rather than instruct us to move our clothes to avoid the dust, they just proceeded to clean. As a result, all of our clothes and my suits were covered in dust, lint, and drywall

I have used other Duct Cleaners in the past and not one has compared to Duct Doctor. The guys took me out to the Truck to demonstrate how the system works. It's impressive. I contacted Duct Doctor late on a Thursday evening (around 9) and had an immediate response. They answered all of my questions and I went back online to schedule my service. They showed up early, which was wonderful. The folks were pleasant, courteous and answered all questions I had. The tech team was professional and they personally deserve a five star rating. However, I am disappointed with the primitive technology of Duct Doctors for cleaning the dryer vent. They use pressurized air to clean out the vent. First they unhooked the dryer and blew in pressurized air - it was not effective at all. Then they hooked up the dryer and had the dryer running. Then they did the same from the other end of the vent from outside. Firstly, I don't believe pressurized air can remove the debris stuck to the walls. Secondly, whatever loose debris is there it will simply go up the vent even if you have the dryer running. I was not shown any before and after pictures either of the inside of the vent to satisfy myself. Next time I will call someone who uses brush to clean out the vent.

The crew were very hard working and thorough, they even pointed out signs of mold on one of my air conditioning units. My only complaint was that they did not use drop cloths under the areas where the vents were in the ceiling and did not vacuum up thoroughly when finished. Still highly recommend. Next time I will ask them to use the drop cloths.

Excellent service. Royd was kind, considerate, thorough, and professional . He explained everything and showed me pictures along the way. He had two helpers ( who were also kind) and all of them wore shoe protectors and cleaned up everything when they were done. They had to move some furniture and things and put them all back where they found them. You would never even know they were here. Payment after service was easy and I received a receipt via email and text immediately upon payment.I highly recommend Duct Doctor.

Step 1. Arrive & Prep

When our well-trained technicians arrive at your home, they will swiftly begin removing each vent in your home, clearing them of debris, dust, and allergens that have accumulated on the surface, blocking access.

Step 2. Vacuum & Clean

Our air duct cleaning experts connect the power vacuum to the air handler in your home using an 8” hose. The high-velocity air sweeper is then inserted into your ductwork and controlled by a hose attached to our truck’s air compressor.

Step 3. Remove Debris

With the help of Duct Doctor’s patented vacuum truck, all the contaminants are removed from your ductwork and stored in the truck’s debris collector.
