How does this benefit you?

  • You will receive Commission equal to 1 month’s payment once the first payment is collected on any 1-year plan.
  • You will receive Commission equal to 3 month’s payments for any 3-year plan. One month will be paid annually once the 1st month of any term year has been collected.
  • This creates more jobs which mean more hours especially during the slow months of the year.

  • If you are on a job that involves dryer vent cleaning, that particular cleaning doesn’t count towards the plan. They must start paying on the plan and schedule a different appointment.
    •  It makes sense for them to schedule it as far out as possible (months 10-12 each year).
  • This is all in Housecall Pro. They have tutorial videos available to explain the process. I suggest watching at a minimum the one on selling plans on your mobile device.
    • The client will need to sign off on the plan on your phone.
    • We can email them a copy of the plan. It can’t be texted so make sure we have an email address.
  • We are also going to require a physical signature on the back page of the brochure.
    • Please make sure that you complete the back page of the brochure each time you sell a plan.
    • Feel free to leave another brochure for the customer if they want a physical copy.
    • Please return all physically signed brochures to Nitin for the company records.
